We are in Conway, SC. Greg came by after a hail storm and did a roof inspection. He noticed damage. He came back out the same time the adjuster came. Within a week we knew all was approved. Once it was approved it was put on the schedule. The old roof was taken off and a NEW one was installed on all in ONE day!!!! Reed and Jed are fantastic at answering all questions and they do so in a way that never makes you feel like a bother. On the build day, they are attentive to all details including clean up and will leave your home in better condition than they started. Highly recommend!

Let me start with saying that I have unrealistic expectations for quality control and a rather adverse history with other contractors. However, I am currently using Integrity on a second residential project, the first having been my own personal residence.

Jameson, who runs the carpentry/non-roofing side, has acknowledged those Q.C. expectations.  He has kept me well informed of all progress and we regularly discuss decision points together. I don't know how many ongoing projects he has, but know that Jameson will make you feel as if you are the priority.

Jed, the estimator for the roofing side, was my introduction to the company. He found sufficient wind damage from previous storms to justify a free (to me) roof replacement to my insurance. Insurance paid $18K for the roof as a preventative measure! Jed was extremely personable and advocates strongly for his customers.
