Our Process

We are Wilmington, North Carolina’s premier roofing general contractor.

Step 1: Complimentary Inspection

That’s right, we will come to examine your roof for any damages you may be unaware of for no cost. We often find that homeowners only assume they have damages if they have a leak; however, after a close examination homeowners may have damage that, left untouched, would result in catastrophic damage during the next storm.

Step 2: Review Our Findings

We will begin with a damage assessment.

A) You have no real damage…so then what? We file your photos of your property and leave you our information so we can come after the next wind event. This helps because if any new damage is sustained, we can easily see compare the difference between our documented information.

B) You have legitimate damage to warrant a second look from your insurance, so we open a claim to get an adjuster out.

Step 3: Meet The Adjuster

We want to be your representation to ensure your adjuster gives you a fair assessment of the damages. The adjuster represents your insurance, we represent you.

Step 4: Statement Of Loss Review

Insurance will send you a statement of loss, then your project manager reviews it with you. We use the same programming that insurance companies use to make sure nothing is left out.

Step 5:  Scope Of Work

We sign a scope of work with you. The day has arrived for your next hard decision, roof color! You pick out your desire—asphalt, metal, tile, shake? Once chosen, we place you on our production schedule.

Step 6: Production Begins

We build your roof. Time to watch the old fly off and the new get put on! We will remove your existing roof and replace it with your new selection.

Step 7: Documentation Of New Roofing

We document your awesome new roof and have insurance pay you the rest of the money. There's nothing you need to do... we'll take care of the paperwork.

Step 8: Relax

It’s that simple. Pour yourself a nice tall glass of sweet tea (our favorite) or lemonade and relax knowing your roof was put on with Integrity Building Company.
